Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client and prospect events: invitations, compliance reviews, logistics, on-site interaction, budget maintenance, gifts, venue, décor, and menu selection; maintenance of Salesforce CRM database; post-event follow-up.
• Provide senior management with detailed client briefings to create a conducive atmosphere for dialogue and to incorporate into overall strategies
• Use post-event feedback to determine best practices for future events including researching and conducting competitive benchmarking
• ROI: track post-event impact on client revenues, client acquisition and client relationships.
• Approximately 20% travel
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring Citi's reputation and assets are safeguarded, and escalate/report control issues with transparency
