Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing leadership (Director or Manager)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, operations management, finance, or related field
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple locations
• Demonstrated integrity and compliance with regulated business standards
• Willingness to travel, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating integrated marketing strategies for casino properties to meet gaming, hotel, and non-gaming revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Corporate support teams to execute campaigns across databases, creative, email, interactive, and media/advertising.
• Communicate marketing initiatives and directives across properties to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Contribute to regular performance reporting for Property, Department, and Company leadership.
• Build and leverage relationships with Property Leadership, Analytics, and Corporate Partners; mentor and develop team members.
• Lead with ethical standards and ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies; foster a compliant culture.
