Bayer seeks an experienced Associate Director, Regional Marketing for New York / Connecticut to lead TL engagement, regional marketing initiatives, and congress activities in the CVR portfolio. The role emphasizes strategic insights, field partnerships, and high-impact programs to drive brand results.

The incumbent will manage TL relationships, coordinate national/regional events, and oversee local marketing initiatives with a focus on data-informed decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 5–7 years’ experience in the pharma/biotech industry with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the cardiovascular therapeutic area.

Responsabilidades

• Engage and develop Thought Leaders (TLs), generate insights relevant to strategic decision-making, execute regional meetings, and deliver programs to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) for Bayer’s Cardiovascular Renal Portfolio.
• Build and maintain TL relationships in the field of cardiovascular-renal-metabolic health and align TLs to CVR product strategy.
• Coordinate and execute plans for conferences, congress presence, TL meetings, and educational sessions to advance clinical expertise and brand objectives.
• Lead marketing-initiated peer-to-peer programs, develop TL content, and ensure compliant, impactful speaker programs.
