Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the Dallas area seeks a Marketing Manager to lead a team delivering daily marketing and communications outputs, including sales enablement materials, events, vendor management, and brand support programs. You will drive regional initiatives, maintain brand standards, manage cross-functional projects, and report to the Regional MarCom Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event management, or related discipline.
• Previous people leadership experience required.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Marketing & Communications professionals.
• Manage local and regional events, sponsorships, communications initiatives, and MarCom programs.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholder projects requiring regional alignment and enterprise messaging consistency.
• Ensure adherence to DSV brand standards, corporate identity, and the Global MarCom plan and policies.
• Provide timely execution, decision-making, and escalation of risks and opportunities to regional leadership.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, team performance, and operational processes.
• Recommend improvements, best practices, and efficiencies to the Regional MarCom Lead.
• Manage agency, supplier, and vendor relationships as required.
• Support budget planning, project tracking, and reporting.
