Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Marketing & Communications leader to guide a regional team and oversee campaigns, events, and sponsorships. You will ensure brand consistency and alignment with the Global MarCom strategy while coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across marketing, communications, and events with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event management, or related discipline.
• Previous people leadership experience required.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Experience with project management and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Marketing & Communications professionals.
• Manage local and regional events, sponsorships, communications initiatives, and MarCom programs.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholder projects requiring regional alignment and enterprise messaging consistency.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, corporate identity, and the Global MarCom plan and policies.
• Provide timely execution, decision-making, and escalation of risks and opportunities to regional leadership.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, team performance, and operational processes.
• Recommend improvements, best practices, and efficiencies to the Regional MarCom Lead.
• Manage agency, supplier, and vendor relationships as required.
• Support budget planning, project tracking, and reporting.
