Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in multifamily property management along with direct knowledge of USDA compliance and Tax Credit housing. Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• USDA Rural Development housing experience is REQUIRED.
• Tax Credit / LIHTC experience strongly preferred.

• Ensure USDA RD compliance and prepare reports.
• Conduct regular property inspections for compliance and performance.
