Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Regional Manager in Cleveland, OH to lead operations across the Ohio market. This full P&L leadership role requires accountability for revenue, margins, and profitability and will involve overseeing mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, project management, and sales functions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a senior leadership role, P&L ownership of at least $4M, and a background in restoration or related fields, with strong financial acumen and travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role such as Regional Manager or similar.
• Experience owning P&L for a location or branch generating at least $4M in revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Background in restoration or construction strongly preferred; other service industries considered with strong P&L ownership.
• Strong financial acumen and track record of improving accountability and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for both locations, including revenue, gross margin, and profitability.
• Lead day-to-day operations across mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, project management, and sales.
• Build a culture of accountability and follow-through, driving high-quality client experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate branch managers and staff.
• Partner with business development to grow market presence and key accounts.
• Ensure safety compliance and consistent CRM/reporting usage.
• Travel regularly between the two markets.

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 / Annual base salary + bonus

A growing property restoration company is seeking a Regional Manager to lead operations across the Ohio market. This is a full P&L leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, operational discipline, and building high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Own full P&L responsibility for both locations, including revenue, gross margin, and profitability performance
• Lead day-to-day operations across mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, project management, and sales
• Build a culture of accountability and follow-through, driving consistent, high-quality client experiences
• Coach, develop, and motivate branch managers and staff through proactive, hands-on leadership
• Partner with business development to grow market presence and strengthen key accounts (insurance carriers, property managers, and similar relationships a plus)
• Ensure safety compliance and consistent use of CRM/reporting systems
• Travel regularly between the two markets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience owning a P&L for a location or branch generating at least $4M in revenue
• Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred
• Background in restoration or construction is a major plus; candidates from other distributed service industries (facilities, environmental services, etc.) with strong P&L ownership will also be considered
• 5+ years in a leadership role such as Branch Manager, Regional Manager, General Manager, Market Director, District Manager, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, construction management, or related field preferred
• Strong financial acumen and a track record of improving team accountability and client satisfaction
• A proactive, receptive, growth-oriented leadership style
