Job summary

University of Michigan Health in Lansing, MI seeks a Regional Manager of Provider Recruitment to lead the daily operations of the recruitment team. You will oversee workflows, candidate engagement, and onboarding to ensure a high-quality experience for providers and stakeholders.

In partnership with regional directors, you will standardize processes, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR or related field.
• Five years of recruitment experience.
• Four years of physician and APRN recruitment experience in a similar size organization preferred.
• Masters degree in business administration or HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Provider Recruitment team.
• Manage recruitment workflows and timely progression of provider candidates through each stage.
• Oversee provider recruitment from approved position through onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment activity, metrics, pipelines, and time-to-fill.
• Develop standardized workflows, procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
