Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration in New Jersey is seeking a Regional Manager to own and optimize performance across multiple locations. You will lead operations, develop local leadership, and drive revenue growth with a focus on margins and efficient execution.

You will work with the corporate team to scale regional go-to-market strategies, build referral partnerships, and ensure high standards in service delivery, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of operations or field leadership in restoration or related property services.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive margin improvement.
• Strong leadership to develop frontline teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication with external partners and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability for multiple NJ locations.
• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure safety and compliance.
• Drive top-line growth and improve job-level margins.
• Develop local leadership talent and referral partnerships.
• Collaborate with corporate team to implement best practices.
• Represent Insurcomm at local industry events.
