Job summary

Red Tail Residential in Minneapolis seeks a Regional Manager to lead a multi-state multifamily portfolio and drive performance across communities. You will mentor on-site teams and support expansion while ensuring resident satisfaction and asset performance.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget oversight, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Extensive travel within the region and some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multifamily Community Manager experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Regional Manager experience in multifamily.
• CPM/ CAM certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to on-site teams across the region.
• Oversee budgets, capital projects, and regulatory compliance to meet financial goals.
