Job summary

TISHCO Properties, LLC is seeking an experienced Area Regional Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for approximately 320 affordable housing units in Hinesville, Georgia.

The role focuses on HUD Section 8 and LIHTC communities, ensuring strong occupancy and regulatory compliance across sites, while collaborating with maintenance and corporate teams to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong experience with HUD Section 8 and LIHTC affordable housing programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of affordable housing compliance and resident certifications.
• Experience supervising and developing property management teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to property management teams within the portfolio.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with HUD Section 8, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and company policies.
• Review budgets and operating expenses for variances.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and unit turns with site teams.
