Piedmont Beverage Company is recruiting a Regional Manager to lead multi-stand operations for 7 Brew across the Carolinas and Georgia. You will develop Stand Managers, coach leaders, and ensure fast, high-quality guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include optimizing labor and throughput, driving performance through KPIs, and coordinating with corporate support. This role requires hands-on leadership, travel to locations, and a commitment to growth and culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to coach Stand Managers, Shift Leads, and frontline teams to execute standards.
• Strong business sense with comfort using metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple-stand locations to deliver strong performance and consistency with company standards.
• Coach Stand Managers, Shift Leads, and high-potential team members to build bench strength.
• Review stand-level KPIs, identify trends, and execute improvement plans.
• Ensure every stand delivers a fast, high-energy guest experience reflecting the 7 Brew brand.
• Partner with leaders on scheduling and labor decisions to balance efficiency with speed.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment readiness, product execution, and operational routines.
• Collaborate with recruiting and ops leadership to support hiring and leadership readiness.
• Support new stand openings by training, coaching, and stabilizing operations.
