Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations in San Antonio, Texas. The successful candidate will act as a crucial link between headquarters and branches, ensure the implementation of company policies, and focus on increasing sales while managing customer relations. Ideal applicants will have multi-unit restaurant management experience and strong leadership capabilities. A Food Safety Manager Certification is required upon hire, along with a valid state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Multi-unit restaurant management experience in fast-casual restaurant concepts preferred.
• Proficient in restaurant operations, front/back of house.
• Requires 75% travel within the home and surrounding markets.
