Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to plan, monitor and manage long-term strategic projects from initiation through completion. You will secure resources and use formal tools to manage budgets, risks and changes, driving project profitability.

Travel to project sites is frequently required; you will lead teams, hire and train staff, and ensure client satisfaction across North America. Join a family of energy and infrastructure leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software; experience with B2W is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability.
• Willingness to travel to project sites frequently.
