Job summary

Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. (MES) delivers complex energy and industrial infrastructure projects across North America. As Regional Manager, you will plan, monitor and manage long-term programs, securing resources, budgets, risks and changes to ensure profitability.

You should have 10+ years of project management experience in pipeline/energy/heavy civil construction, a related bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. Significant travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with focus on client satisfaction and project profitability.

Responsibilities
