Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in Greer, SC is seeking a Regional Manager to drive growth and profitability within the assigned territory. You will develop business and market strategies, motivate staff, ensure proper staff placement, and lead sales and customer service initiatives to deliver exceptional results.

Travel up to 75% across the southeast is required. You will review financials, optimize operations, and coach Store Managers toward fleet optimization, pricing, and service excellence while aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years managing at district level plus 2 years in sales.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop subordinates.
• Proven track record of profit and loss accountability.
• Knowledge of product lines and project design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Review P&L and adjust strategy to improve regional operations.
• Build regional structure to meet customer needs and growth objectives.
• Lead Store Managers in fleet mix, pricing, service and maintenance.
• Collaborate with management to execute programs and adjust as conditions change.
• Drive sales and customer service excellence across the region.
• Coach and develop leadership within the region and ensure alignment with company goals.
