RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Manager to lead property portfolio budgeting, performance oversight, and team leadership across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
You will analyze financials, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and ensure standards and client satisfaction through proactive reporting and vendor management. A college degree is preferred and CPM/ CAPS/ CAM certifications are a plus.

This position would be focused on the Dallas - Forth Worth metroplex. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Corporate office is open 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. Exempt employees are expected to adhere to the standard workweek schedule and work any hours necessary to perform the duties of the job. Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.

Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal, financial, and human resources documents, and to create and make presentations to senior managers, clients, and others.
Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, calculate percentages, and calculate time in order to complete and interpret financial records, budgets, timesheets and other fiscal reporting information.
Demonstrated understanding of property operations and, in particular, of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Demonstrated proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents. Strong proficiency in using property management software (preferably Yardi and/or One Site).
Current valid driver’s license.
Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members, including maintenance specialists is required.

Regional Directors must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Regular and routine travel is required to supervise communities, attend business meetings and training classes, or participate in other situations for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
