Job Function

This role is responsible for communicating with other areas of the Marketing & Consulting Sales team to build a first-class brand experience for our constituents. This role oversees USA Football’s East Region. and interfaces between USA Football and its youth constituents including league commissioners, coaches, and parents in that area. The purpose of the role is to deliver the resources, insights, and tools to assist these audiences in having positive experiences in the sport.

This position will be responsible for creating and building meaningful relationships with constituents, as well as building trust and credibility on behalf of USA Football while serving these audiences. This position must be viewed as a valuable and knowledgeable resource by the constituents.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for communication with football organizations in designated region through travel, virtual meetings, calls, and emails
  • Consult with youth organizations on ways they can improve by leveraging USA Football supported products, programs and initiatives
  • Lead in-person and virtual engagements with youth organizations, including driving dialog and presenting where necessary
  • Executes activities to meet established sales and revenue metrics on products and programs within region
  • Maintain accurate database of prospects and leagues and keep CRM (Salesforce.com) up to date with established standards
  • Interact with USA Football channels and networks to communicate with leagues or help them connect with others
  • Coordinate with National Team/ High Performance team to promote activities to organizations, specifically those at the middle school age level
  • Drive attendance to any convening USA Football events
  • Support specific product team and activations
  • Participate on Product/Project Team sales lead for areas such as Enrollment, Grants, Certification, Content, Systems, Convening Events, Coach Resources and more
  • Stay up to date on USA Football products, programs and initiatives and communicate them to the constituents and gather feedback and insights to help identify and/or build new resources
  • Potential to manage interns and contractors

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in consulting, sales, business, sports administration or other similar roles
  • 1 or more years of experience using a CRM such as Salesforce?
  • Ability to manage a database system
  • Experience in football – coach, athlete, commissioner, volunteer, etc.
  • Understanding and knowledge of football
  • Bachelor’s Degree

As required by Equal Pay Transparency Act, USA Football provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, etc. The pay range for this position is as follows: $48,288 - $77,136

This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Must meet requirements.

Work Environment

This job primarily operates in a remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones

Physical Demands

Requires the ability to sit for more than four hours per day, reading, listening, stooping, bending, and manual dexterity. Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time remote position. This position requires standard work hours and some weekend work.

Travel

Approximately 15% of travel is required for this position.
