Job summary

DN is seeking a Regional Manager - Concrete Tank Services (CTS) to educate clients on inspection, rehabilitation and retrofit services, and to lead regional target achievement. This role involves field inspections, strategic plan execution, and cross-team collaboration to deliver well-budgeted projects.

You will travel 2-3 days per week, build relationships with key decision makers, and promote industry-standard plans while driving growth within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Municipal, Consulting or Construction Industry.
• Ability to travel 2-3 days a week.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM software and understanding technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed regional CTS sales goals by generating leads and executing a regional sales plan.
• Develop client commitment by building relationships with key decision makers.
• Educate clients on CTS services through presentations and project development.
• Perform field inspections of concrete liquid containment infrastructure for rehabilitation or retrofit needs.
• Deliver projects by coordinating with internal teams and following industry standards.
• Manage territory by coordinating with marketing and administrative resources and maintaining projections.
• Develop strategic relationships with general and sub-contractors in the region.
• Leverage relationships to cross-sell New Tank product lines.
