Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager for Love's Alternative Energy in Oklahoma City, OK.

You will lead CNG mechanics and field teams, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safe, reliable fueling operations across stations. Responsibilities include scheduling, commissioning support, performance testing, and continuous improvement of equipment uptime while working with project managers and contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Leadership experience with direct reports or demonstrated leadership in technical/operations environments.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, operations, construction, or service projects.
• Experience managing multiple priorities across locations.
• Ability to read construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and maintenance management systems.
• Experience with CNG fueling systems, industrial equipment, mechanical/electrical systems preferred.
• OSHA knowledge and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for CNG mechanics and field personnel.
• Coordinate maintenance, operations, and construction to maximize station reliability and safety.
• Manage day-to-day activities of CNG fueling stations and ensure compliant operations.
• Schedule and direct field personnel, contractors, and service providers.
• Support station start-up, troubleshooting, and performance testing of CNG equipment.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and uptime.
• Review equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Coordinate work across geographically dispersed locations.
• Partner with project managers, subcontractors, customers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure work meets company standards, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Promote safety policy compliance and regulatory standards.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate results to management and customers.
• Assist with budgeting and review operating/maintenance agreements.
