Follett Higher Education is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple college bookstores, overseeing budgets, service levels, and policy administration across stores on campus with students, faculty and staff.

Position Overview
Responsible for providing leadership for managing all functions for multiple college bookstores within a group, including establishing budgets, financial goals, service levels, and policy administration to store managers on campus with students, faculty, and staff.
Overseas the sales, service, merchandising, and operations of a number of retail stores in a geographic area. Implements the strategy, goals, and objectives to drive sales and profit. Demonstrates strong knowledge of Follett systems and strategies (Included Program, Academic Tools, System Integrations, etc.), the industry, and the competitive landscape in order to execute initiatives, drive profitable sales, and control expenses.
Motivate and empower associates through strong communication, change management, and clear direction in order to maintain alignment with strategic direction. Partners with various support partners, including Store Operations, Marketing, AP, HR, and Training. Responsibilities
$40,000.00 - $158,200.00 / year
The annual salary/hourly rate range has been established based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. The exact starting salary/hourly rate within the range will depend on the role and the local market. This position may be eligible to participate in one of the Company’s incentive plans. The amount of any incentive payment varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
