Job summary

Bedrock Property Management seeks a Regional Manager to lead site operations across multiple properties and ensure resident satisfaction. You will oversee the Community Directors, manage vendor relations, and drive financial performance and leasing targets.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of multifamily, multi-location property management experience, CPM preferred, and a proven leadership track record. Travel up to 25% is required and a commitment to exceptional service is essential.

POSITION SUMMARY: Bedrock’s Regional Managers are essential to the portfolio's overall success leading site operations while ensuring our residents' satisfaction. Our next Regional Manager will ensure efficient operations by overseeing the Community Directors, managing vendor relations, ensuring optimal property performance, providing financial reporting, and overseeing the leasing and financial goals and performance of your portfolio. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team leaders, corporate leadership, owners, and residents.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
  • A passion for chasing excellence and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Meet targeted revenue goals by exceeding occupancy budgets, improving resident retention, and monitoring the property portfolio financial performance.
  • Effectively manage staff, operations, and financial performance of your Region.
  • Be the primary leader of Bedrock to local residents, vendors, and employees.
  • Proactive attention to detail, searching constantly for ways to improve each property.
  • Be an effective listener who offers helpful solutions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:.
  • Ensure your team works to execute the strategy of the Owner(s)
  • Have a clear understanding of complex financial statements and budget statements
  • Ensure your staff is proficient in understanding complex financial statements and budgets
  • Track progress and report on results to leadership and owners on a regular basis
  • Positively represent Bedrock with owners, vendors and the community at large
  • Constantly learn and search for ways to improve your team's performance
  • Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing and company utilized software
  • Preparing, locating and compiling information and documents
  • Driving a motor vehicle and frequently traveling between properties in your portfolio
  • Purchasing items for business needs, preparing expense reporting
  • Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required
  • Following and enforcing all company policies and procedures providing mentorship and guidance to leaders on your team.
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years multifamily, multi-location property management experience. CPM preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a field such as real estate, management, finance human services, or a related field or 10 years of multi-location management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading high visibility and/or performance challenged properties
  • Adapts well to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Working knowledge of local and federals laws including Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence /coach
  • Successful team leader and team builder
  • Previous experience leading a team to meet success through positive motivation, goal setting, and accountability.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Frequently sit, stand and walk.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear.
  • Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
  • Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.
