Job summary

Hissho Sushi Inc. in California seeks a Regional Manager to lead and coordinate operational aspects of our business, upholding our philosophy, strategy, and culture while driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned locations.

This role will oversee locations in San Diago, AZ and Nevada, implement branding initiatives, train supervisors and chefs, maintain food safety, and build strong relationships with retail and food service partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience acceptable.
• Sushi experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Requirements
