Upperline Health is seeking a Regional Manager to lead clinic operations across our Michigan market, overseeing day-to-day activities at multiple locations and guiding a regional team. You will collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure operational excellence and patient experience.
This fast-paced role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive data-driven improvements while traveling to clinics—typically 75% of the time in/around Chattanooga, TN area.

This position requires 75% travel in/around the Chattanooga TN area to the assigned clinics. In-person visits to each clinic in the region once every two (2) weeks is expected.
Upperline Health is looking for a Regional Manager to lead our clinic operations across our Michigan market, including managing existing operations and leading transitions as we continue to expand our operations. The Regional Manager is a fast-paced operations role with demands from multiple stakeholders including corporate teams, Clinic Operations leadership peers, physicians, and clinic roles. To be successful at this position, you need strong leadership and management skills to lead clinic staff—specifically building and developing capabilities within our team in the areas of relationship-building, operational excellence and patient/customer experience. You will work collaboratively with Regional Directors and clinic leads to solve various day-to-day operational issues. In addition to the tactical components of this position, the Regional Manager will help with the strategic integration of new practices and help support the business development team.
