Overview: 2020 Companies is now hiring a remote Regional Manager! Do you see the future of technology unfolding before you? Are you a maestro who can harmonize the melody of sales success, retailer empowerment, and customer satisfaction across a diverse region? If so, we are seeking your leadership as our Regional Manager! In this transformative role, you'll have direct oversight of the District Manager Team in the assigned Region, reporting directly to the National Manager (NM). The RSM will motivate, direct, and coordinate the sales and merchandising activities of their assigned DM's to ultimately drive retailer advocacy and product sellout. The RSM will be responsible for hiring and onboarding top-talent DM's, coaching and counseling on performance, and building partnerships with retail partners. The RSM will work closely with the NM on reporting and tracking performance metrics to goals, and make necessary strategic moves to improve performance, where needed. Additionally, the RSM is responsible for the Region’s compliance; including payroll, timekeeping, DM cadence, and visit reporting. Perform all other duties as assigned.

The RSM is required to travel within the assigned area on a regular basis to effectively build relationships, ensure best practices, and implement 2020 and client strategies to drive sales, consumer engagement, and brand awareness.   • Ability to lead a team of DMs and Sales Specialists in a manner that builds team morale and achieves established goals

  • Attention to detail, adaptability to pivot as business needs change, and ability to multi-task while maintaining business fundaments; reporting; including scheduling, DM performance, coaching, counseling, IDPs, and follow-up

  • Contribute to the team’s success by using in-depth industry and team knowledge to provide insights into field issues on a regular basis, such as 'red flags', rep productivity, product/display concerns
Job Description

Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet and/or exceed sales and project goals Personally accountable for team members and all documentation pertaining to team productivity Responsible to accurately track sales, events and merchandising projects Successfully develop and build territory relationships through networking Effectively provide daily direction, training, and guidance while ensuring retention of the team Successfully determine staffing requirements in accordance with client and company directives Ensure proper training of sales techniques, products, policies, etc. Administer and document all counselling's and terminations accurately and in a timely manner while following established procedures Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as needed Travel to locations regularly throughout the territory Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures Attend meetings and conference calls as required in and out of region as needed Assist in temporarily overseeing retail locations as business needs dictate Dress and act professionally at all times Perform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements
  • Ensure team meets established weekly/monthly projects goals/quotas
  • Customer/client satisfaction based on the territory's rejection percentages and substantiated complaints
  • Maintain proper head-count across regions
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
  • 3-5 years retail and sales management experience required
  • Superior leadership abilities with effective, professional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem solve
  • Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours
  • Ability to manage by P&L standards across the entire business unit
  • Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
