Regional Manager – Automotive Floorplan Services
Dallas, TX

Overview

Westlake Flooring is the largest privately held auto finance company in the Nation, operating as a division of Westlake Financial Services. The division has financed over 190,000 vehicles for more than 3,000 dealerships across 46 states and provides floor‑plan lines of credit for independent and franchise dealers.

What’s the role?

Our Regional Manager leads and manages a sales force of 10‑25 representatives, driving market share growth, volume, and dealer loyalty.

What you’ll do as our Regional Manager

• Coaching, leading, and developing Area Managers
• Managing outside‑sales personnel in the assigned region; assisting with hiring and training new area managers
• Presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential clients
• Preparing action plans and schedules to identify targets and project contact numbers
• Identifying sales prospects and initiating contact
• Developing and maintaining sales materials and product knowledge
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients
• Monitoring Area Managers through quality checks and follow‑ups
• Resolving client concerns
• Preparing status reports, including activity, closings, follow‑ups, and goal adherence
• Communicating new product and service opportunities, developments, and feedback to appropriate staff
• Developing and implementing special sales activities to reduce dealer attrition
• Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
• Traveling throughout the assigned territory (up to 75% of the time)
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation

Total compensation (base + bonus) ranges from $72,000 to $180,000 per year. Starting pay will be determined at the time of hire based on location, skill set, experience, education, and credentials.
