Suite Living Senior Care seeks a Regional Maintenance Technician to support 3–5 eastern Twin Cities communities. This role requires hands-on, multi-site maintenance, preventative tasks, and timely responsiveness in a senior living environment.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs, coordinate with leadership and vendors, maintain documentation, and uphold safety and compassionate service for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (multi-site preferred).
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Compassion and patience when working with older adults.
• Must meet Minnesota Department of Health requirements for working with vulnerable adults.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance across multiple assisted living communities.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Boilers, water softeners, air conditioning units, and appliances.
• Complete general maintenance tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and fixture replacement.
• Conduct building and grounds inspections; identify safety issues and maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent issues.
• Coordinate with leadership and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work and materials used.
• Uphold professionalism, safety, and customer service.
