Regional Maintenance Specialist - Northwest Region

Position Overview

Jacobs is seeking a Regional Maintenance Specialist to support maintenance and asset management at treatment facilities in the Northwest Region. This hybrid role involves working from home and traveling to project sites within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate maintenance knowledge sharing across projects and support technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, I&C, and PdM support.
  • Optimize treatment facilities maintenance through benchmarking and KPI analysis.
  • Evaluate and improve ongoing maintenance programs.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and mechanical plans.
  • Perform mechanical repairs and preventive/corrective maintenance on treatment plant equipment.
  • Assist in setting up and training predictive maintenance programs.
  • Conduct condition assessments and document findings.
  • Review maintenance cost estimates and project performance to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead meetings with staff or subcontractors to ensure project progress.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience; US Military training acceptable.
  • Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., Maximo, SAP).
  • Strong skills in spreadsheets and database management.
  • Experience with budget prep and financial accountability.
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors and at project sites.
  • Valid US driver’s license with no major infractions.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and cost reduction strategies.
  • Experience with water/wastewater equipment maintenance is a plus.
Working Conditions

Work involves indoor and outdoor environments, exposure to noise, machinery, high-pressure systems, confined spaces, heights, chemicals, and other hazards. Safety equipment is mandatory.

The role requires physical activities such as walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $78,600 to $108,100 annually, based on skills and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), stock options, paid time off, holidays, and performance bonuses.
