REGIONAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Our client is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager for a portfolio of residential apartment communities throughout the area. The ideal candidate is a proven leader, skilled in all areas of general maintenance, and able to lead a team to maximize the efficiency of portfolio operations.

YOUR ROLE
  1. Lead and manage the onsite maintenance teams to a world-class standard.
  2. Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of all building-related systems.
  3. Coordinate response to resident maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Reliably handle emergency situations and quickly communicate issues to your supervisor and fellow team members.
  5. Develop and manage an on-call schedule with neighboring sites.
  6. Effectively manage the apartment turnover process.
  7. Oversee selection and management of all maintenance-related vendors.
  8. Manage capital projects onsite as needed, including the bid process and project/construction management.
  9. Assist with the creation of the property budget and ensure cost effectiveness across all maintenance-related areas.

YOUR SKILLS
  1. 6+ years of experience in Residential Property Management (preferably as a Manager).
  2. Skilled in all areas of maintenance, turnover, and building systems.

  4. Ability to work independently.
  5. Desire to take initiative and solve problems.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
