POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) oversees maintenance operations across multiple markets, ensuring efficiency, safety, and consistency. The RMM leverages data to identify opportunities for cost savings, develops comprehensive preventive maintenance plans, ensures compliance with safety standards, and standardizes maintenance practices across properties. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to enhance the overall performance and longevity of property assets.
HOURS:
Due to the nature of the property management industry, this position must be available to work the last day and first day of each month
