Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at a government-contracted facility. The role focuses on strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to ensure safety and reliability of all systems.

The Manager will direct preventive maintenance, manage equipment lifecycle, and coordinate with executives to align budgets with facility goals. Strong CMMS proficiency and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of a government-contracted facility. As the Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and execution of all maintenance activities to support the facility's operational efficiency, compliance, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:
