Qualifications

• 5+ years of apartment or multifamily maintenance experience.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 70% of the time.
• Stable, reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement.
• HVAC certification and/or licenses are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, painting, and unit turns.
• Perform exterior and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Travel to properties across multiple states to support on-site teams.
• Provide guidance and oversight on complex maintenance issues.
• Maintain clear communication with property managers and corporate staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair all aspects of apartment maintenance, including:

• HVAC systems
• Electrical and plumbing
• Appliance repairs
• Drywall, painting, and general unit turns
• Exterior and grounds maintenance

Additional Duties Include

• Traveling to properties across various states to support on-site teams and complete hands-on repairs
• Providing guidance and oversight on complex maintenance issuesli>
• Maintaining clear communication with property managers and corporate staff
• Ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely service delivery

Requirements
