Job summary

Walmart Buckeye is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operation of warehouse facilities. You will manage staffing, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements across equipment and processes.

The role emphasizes training, leadership development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. A relevant degree and supervisory experience in maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field and 1 year related supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Industrial, or related field.
• 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance related environment supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees.
• 2 year Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months experience leading a work or project team (e.g. risk control).
• 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial related environment; supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees with 1 year experience in the maintenance field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to meet facility goals.
• Monitor and manage productivity; review and analyze business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards and train associates on policies and procedures.
• Identify concerns and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; provide feedback and coaching.
• Oversee maintenance operations including equipment, safety, and compliance.
