Job summary

Evergreen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Dispatch Supervisor to lead the regional dispatch team from our office in downtown Dallas, TX. The role focuses on ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality work orders while upholding safety standards.

You will oversee onboarding, training, reporting, and vendor development, collaborating with Field Maintenance Managers. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3 years in single/multi-family maintenance and at least 2 years in customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in similar field is preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in single family maintenance or Multi-family maintenance.
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Certifications and licenses (EPA certified, Lead and Asbestos) are preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service and call center management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance dispatch team for your assigned region.
• Conduct onboarding and recurring training for new and current staff.
• Ensure your dispatch team meets timelines, cost and quality KPIs of all work orders.
• Prepare regular reports for management with budgets, and performance of region.
• Work with supply chain teams to increase the vendor base in all markets where needed.
• Partner with Field Maintenance Managers to align on field staff KPIs on a weekly basis.
• Enforce all high urgency/priority and safety regulations for all work orders.
• Manage and oversee all Escalations maintenance work orders within your region.
• Oversee all staff responsibilities.
• Drive internal field performance by assigning 70% of Work Orders to field staff.
• Projects and additional duties as requested.
