Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Regional Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations across facilities in the Indianapolis area. The role focuses on hands-on repairs, staff mentorship, and sustaining a safe, homelike environment for residents and staff.

The candidate will lead maintenance teams, ensure compliance with health and life safety standards, and drive staff development and retention.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory or management experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Responsibilities
