Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Review and document work performed by technicians.
• Mentor and train Maintenance Technicians.
• Inspect site staff and contractor work.
• Generate quarterly reports on performance.
• Maintain buildings as needed.
