Job summary

Lids Sports Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Regional Loss Prevention Investigator to mitigate financial loss through investigations, audits, and data analytics.

You will lead internal/external investigations, review store records for policy compliance, and train field personnel on LP best practices while collaborating with HR and law enforcement as needed. This is an onsite role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1+ years with associate acceptable.
• Professional Interview & Interrogation certification (e.g., Wicklander-Zulawski) required.
• Ability to work independently across a regional territory with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with computers, case management software, and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Conduct internal and external interviews to resolve cases.
• Review store records to ensure policy compliance.
• Use POS exception reports to identify loss patterns.
• Coordinate with HR, field leadership, and law enforcement as needed.
• Provide training on LP best practices to field staff.
