Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and management experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct internal investigations in compliance with policies.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities for cross-store collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Loss Prevention programs and policies across the district.
• Develop partnership with store leadership, conduct audits and trainings.
• Monitor shrink, implement security controls and reports, manage budgets.
• Execute safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards.
