Job summary

Bealls is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager to oversee LP policies, programs, and practices across assigned stores. You will partner with store leadership to drive shrink reduction, compliance, and risk mitigation.

The role requires a college degree with LP/asset protection experience, strong investigation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stores, travel as needed, and lead a team to protect assets and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree typically required plus management experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Store Leadership and associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Loss Prevention policies, programs and practices within stores in the district.
• Develop partnerships with store leadership; provide training, audits and reporting.
• Execute Shrink Management programs and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct internal investigations in line with company protocol and legal requirements.
• Monitor and maintain physical security controls (alarms, CCTV) and shrink reduction initiatives.
