Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Regional Project Manager for their San Dimas office team. The PM will engage early in the sales cycle, estimate timelines, solicit subcontractor proposals, review contracts, and help design systems while managing risk and budget.

During implementation, the PM travels to customer sites to oversee installation, go-live and acceptance, maintain cash flow, track milestones, and lead project communications.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals, contracts and new orders for accuracy and commercial and technical issues.
• Estimate and direct internal TAL resources necessary to successfully complete the project.
• Maintain positive cash flow on all projects. Work with accounts and business support specialist to follow up on past due invoices. Approve all supplier invoices related to the project.
