About the Role

As the Regional Logistics Manager at EHPlabs, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s operational success by overseeing and optimizing our North American logistics and distribution networks. You will work collaboratively with the global Director of Operations and cross-functional teams in the United States, Canada, and Australia to ensure seamless supply chain execution, compliance, and strategic planning across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Regional Logistics Expertise: Develop and execute logistics strategies to support supply chain operations across North America including defining freight network opportunities
  • 3PL & Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to optimize warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery. Additionally assis in defining the 3PL strategy and future-proof operations ensuring current and future customers can be supported
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and regional teams to optimize inventory flow and minimize disruptions.
  • Systems: Ownership of local EDI/WMS data accuracy, order processing and reconciliation
  • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings in transportation, warehousing, and distribution while maintaining service excellence.
  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices in logistics, leveraging technology and data analytics for efficiency gains.
  • Risk Management: Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Operations, Sales, Third-Party Marketplaces, Customer Experience, and Finance, to align logistics strategies with business goals.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop logistics team members, providing training and performance feedback.

About You

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight management, preferably in FMCG, health & wellness, or consumer goods
  • You have a proven track record of managing regional 3PL relationships and optimizing distribution networks
  • You have a strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance
  • You have excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
  • You have exceptional abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are adept in supply chain systems and EDI/WMS integration (experience with NetSuite is a plus)
  • You’re proficient at using data and technology to drive continuous improvement
