Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates to coordinate activities.
• Implement the business plan by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity and analyze business reports to ensure targets are met.
• Train associates on policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Identify concerns and determine corrective actions or recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders through coaching and evaluation.
• Foster a culture of belonging and empower diverse talent to thrive.
• Uphold Walmart values and ethics and act with integrity in all actions.
