Clarios, a global leader in energy storage solutions, seeks a Lead Regional Logistics Analyst to drive regional performance. You will lead a small team, analyze transportation and inventory data, and optimize networks while partnering with carriers, centers, and customers to deliver service improvements.

You will develop KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance and safe operations across the regional supply chain.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with transportation management systems, data analytics, and Excel/Power BI.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Regional Logistics Analysts and Third-Party Logistics Coordinators.
• Analyze transportation, warehousing, inventory, and freight data to identify cost savings and service improvements.
• Monitor carrier and 3PL performance and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Support transportation sourcing initiatives, carrier negotiations, and network optimization projects.
• Develop and maintain logistics KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service, and cost reduction.
• Partner with distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, customers, carriers, and logistics providers to resolve operational issues.
• Serve as the regional logistics subject matter expert and escalation point for complex transportation challenges.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.
• Manage and support cross-functional projects that improve supply chain performance.
