Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or Logistics with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics.
• Experience in Walmart Logistics Management or 2 years of Walmart Logistics experience.
• 2 years' supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (customers, suppliers, associates).
• Implement the business plan by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor and analyze productivity by preparing and reviewing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety by training associates on policies and procedures and monitoring compliance.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns to determine corrective actions or make recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
