Job summary

Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. seeks a Regional Training Coordinator to lead the region's training programs for distribution and underground operations across Oklahoma. You will oversee the lineman apprenticeship program, evaluate field proficiency, and coordinate required safety trainings with qualified instructors.

You will report to the Safety, Training & Compliance Manager and collaborate with Safety, HR, and Operations to support the Target Zero initiative and employee development.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of hands-on power line construction experience in transmission or distribution.
• Experience training or mentoring apprentices and line workers, evaluating practical skills.
• Strong knowledge of line construction methods, rigging, grounding, energized work practices, and hazard recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead region training programs to meet operational needs and safety standards.
• Coordinate annual OSHA, CPR/First Aid, ET&D, SIF prevention, and new hire training; arrange instructors as needed.
• Oversee regional lineman apprenticeship program and ensure progress records and competency assessments.
