Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a San Antonio-based LIHTC and affordable-housing portfolio. You will drive operations, financial performance, and compliance across multiple properties with regular travel across Texas.

You will lead on-site teams, collaborate with internal departments, and ensure each property aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements while delivering resident satisfaction and strong occupancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-site property management experience.
• LIHTC (Section 42) experience required.
• HCCP designation preferred.
• Strong ability to read, write, and interpret business publications and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site property operations to meet goals and budget.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage property personnel.
• Provide direction to Team Leaders to maximize portfolio performance.
• Ensure adherence to policies and laws including LIHTC requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis and monthly reporting to senior management.
• Develop marketing plans to support occupancy and revenue goals.
