Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience (3–5 years)
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
• Leadership skills to lead, motivate, and develop others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving, root-cause and breakdown analysis
• Customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Travel to regional facilities (approx. 50%+).
• Maintain and renew Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Prepare reports and analytics on facility operations.
• Ensure permits and inspections are obtained and compliance is maintained.
