Assist with attorney performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide occasional litigation support when needed (pinch-hitting)
Conduct virtual check-ins and support across offices; limited travel may be required, including occasional visits to the California office
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar license in one of the following states: MD, PA, VA, or CA
5+ years of legal experience, preferably within creditors' rights or civil litigation
Strong background in attorney mentorship, legal training, or strategic leadership
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a multi-state legal environment with remote oversight responsibilities
