Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Regional Laboratory Operations Director, Northeast to oversee the operations and financial performance of multiple accredited, independent commercial laboratory facilities in the Northeast. The ideal candidate will be located in the Dayville, CT or Baltimore, MD areas for on-site oversight.

The position offers full-time employment in Baltimore, MD with a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package."

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science related field (required).
• 10 years of commercial laboratory experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Experience managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical data.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
