Regional Investment Consultant - RIA & Regional Banks - West

Role Summary
  1. Promote TRPIS/TRPA investment strategies across mutual funds, ETFs, and managed accounts via RIAs and regional banks, primarily through face-to-face meetings and industry events to boost awareness and product share.
  2. Develop sales and relationship management strategies in collaboration with management.
  3. Manage sales and client relationships for large, complex accounts within an assigned geographical area.
  4. Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and client environments to stay informed.
  5. Ensure client satisfaction through prompt responses, problem resolution, and compliance.
  6. Act as a consultant to clients, advising on products and services to meet their needs and grow accounts.
  7. Maintain compliance with sales policies and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
  8. Create and monitor annual business plans for the territory.
  9. Coach and mentor internal sales staff.
Qualifications

Required:

  • College degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
  • FINRA Series 7, 66 licenses
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Deep knowledge of investment and capital markets
  • Proven relationship management and sales skills
  • High emotional intelligence and credibility with senior leaders
  • Expertise in mutual funds, ETFs, and managed accounts
  • Disciplined approach to uncovering and closing new business
  • Consultative selling capabilities
  • Analytical skills and systemic problem-solving
  • Energetic and goal-oriented work ethic
  • Collaborative team player
  • Ability to travel extensively

Preferred:

  • Experience in financial services sales or client management
  • Knowledge of RIA and Regional Bank channels
  • Familiarity with alternative products
  • Professional designations such as CFA, CFP, CIMA, or MBA

This role supports remote work, with salary ranges depending on location, from $141,000 to $255,000, plus potential bonuses. The position is open until 07/30/2025, and T.
